THE ANSWERS NOBODY GIVES YOU FOR FREE

A live session on the EB-1A, the self-petitioned green card for people with extraordinary ability. Mostly questions and answers. Useful if you're weighing EB-1A seriously, or if you're sitting in the EB-2 or EB-3 backlog wondering whether this is a real way out. Also worth attending if a service has already quoted you and you want to understand what you're paying for. Ask anything. Worth saying upfront: not everyone qualifies for EB-1A. Part of the point of these sessions is helping you figure out whether you do. If the answer is no, or not yet, we'll tell you that. Hosted by Saiman Shetty, founder of Smart Immigrant.
